Who we are
Insulor Ltd runs insulor.com and is the controller of the personal data described here. Company number and registered office to follow.
What we collect
When you book a demo: your name, firm, email address, and if you give them, your phone number and how many blocks you manage.
When you take the readiness check: your answers, your name and email address, your firm if you give it, and any demand you upload. An uploaded demand may contain other people's details, so please remove anything you would rather not share.
The demo app runs on sample data only. If you sign in, we keep a record of your sign-in and what you do in the app.
Why we use it
To arrange your demo, send your readiness report and follow up once about Insulor. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts the website. Neon stores our database in London. Resend sends our emails from Ireland. Each acts on our instructions only. We do not sell your data or share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for two years after we last hear from you, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Retention period to be confirmed.
Your rights
You can ask to see the data we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop us using it. Contact address to follow.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
